Booking Instructions & reservation process
To book accommodation; please send us your request using this form, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Once we have confirmed your booking, a 60% deposit is required with Bank Transfer to secure your reservation.
Please make this payment within two days (48 hrs) of confirmation to guarantee your booking; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without notice.
If you cancelled your reservation up to 60 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded.
If however you cancel a reservation within 60 days or less of the check-in date, we will not be able to refund your booking deposit or any amount paid.
After payment of your deposit we will provide you with all the necessary documentation for your accommodation, including detailed instructions on how to reach us.
